Window World of Denver, a leading local provider of replacement windows and doors, approached us with concerns about decreasing lead volume in a market with competitors who had bigger budgets for awareness and conversion tactics. So we asked: what audiences are we (and our competitors) ignoring? In Denver’s highly competitive real estate market, the answer was obvious—new and potential homeowners.

In collaboration with a cross-functional team of designers and paid media specialists, I developed an integrated, multi-channel strategy to promote the brand and build trust and credibility with a new pool of leads, priming them for later purchase.
